Im looking at the Demco DM 5140 to convert My BandW goose neck to 5th wheel. Now will my reese hitch fit the rails. I have a 3500 Dodge.

Yes, the Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches part # DM6140 will work with a B&W gooseneck hitch and a Reese 5th wheel hitch so long as the Reese 5th wheel hitch uses industry standard rails.
