Connecting an RV to a Tow Dolly with a 4-Way an Extra Blue Wire for Brakes

My tow dolly has 4 wire plug and a single blue wire my Rv had 5 wire plug how could I make work

It's likely the extra blue wire on the tow dolly goes to its brakes. The best way to wire to tow dolly to operate its brakes is to cut off the existing 4-way and add a 7-way like # HS381-9000. This uses a junction box to make it easier to make the connections and includes everything you'll need.
If you don't already have a 7-way on the RV you can use our # ETBC7 kit to add one.
Before you do any of this make sure the blue wire on the dolly is indeed for the brakes. If not let me know what it functions and I'll recommend a way to make the connection.
