Replacement Weight Distribution Shank to Provide Additional Drop So Trailer will be Level
Question:
I have a 25 ft Catalina lite camper. Was towing it with a Sierra 1/2 ton truck and used weight distribution hitch and sway bar. I now got a 2017 ram 2500 diesel 4x4. The hitch I was using dont far enough for camper to be lever. Do I need to use weight distribution and sway bar with this truck?

We recommend using a weight distribution hitch whenever the trailer weight is more than 50 percent of the tow vehicle's weight of if you're experiencing sway or sagging issues.
