With trailer tires like the part # TTWTRTM2057515C that you referenced you always have to run them at their maximum PSI to get their full capacity and prevent over-heating and failure.

This tire needs to be inflated to 50 psi so that you get the full 1,820 psi rating.

The Brophy Bumper Spare Carrier part #BR56VR is approved for use at the rear of a motorhome like you have and as long as the wheel is less than 17-1/2 inches in diameter it would work well in that regard as well.
