There are about a dozen different travel trailers in the 2006 Fun Finder series so the best way to know which replacement brakes you need is to pull one wheel/tire and hub and measure the hub diameter and width. The 10-inch brakes you referenced, part # AKEBRK-35-SA, are rated for 3500-lb axles and fit 10 x 2-1/4-inch drums, a popular size on travel trailers like your Fun Finder.
These brakes are the self-adjusting type that, once installed and adjusted initially, will self-adjust as they wear. These are compatible with 13-, 14- and 15-inch trailer wheels. They use a 4-bolt mounting pattern so when you pull your one hub you can confirm your existing brakes mounting pattern. Either brake wire can be used for ground or hot. Be sure to make solid ground connection at the trailer frame to ensure good performance.
