If you have a trailer hitch such as # 24966 on your 2016 Toyota Prius Eco I recommend the Kuat Beta # B202-114. This rack is aluminum so it is light weight (12.6 pounds) and easier to use and store. It comes with anti-sway cradles and built-in anti-rattle to limit the movement of the rack in the hitch. With a hitch rack you won't have to worry about anything scratching the vehicle. I have linked a video review of this rack for you.
If you are looking for a trunk mount rack the FullBack # Y02634 is a popular option. This rack attaches to the vehicle in 4 places (most others use 6 straps) to limit contact with the vehicle. Just make sure the rack and vehicle are clean and free of debris where the two make contact with each other to avoid scratching the vehicle paint. I have linked a video of this rack as well.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
