The brake controller that I recommend for your application is the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 because of how easy it is to setup and how easy it is to operate. It does come with a pigtail so to install it in your 2015 Fleetwood Expedition Class A Motorhome so you will just need to connect the wires to the following functions:
White - Ground
Blue - Brake Controller Pin on 7-Way Connector
Black - 12V Power (you will need a 20 amp breaker # 9506P for 2-4 brake applications)
Red - COLD side of Stop Light Switch (part that only gets hot when pressing the brake pedal)
If you do not know where these wires are you can use a Circuit Tester # PTW2993 to find out which wires do what.
If you do not already have a 7-Way at the rear of your motorhome, then you will want to install the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7. This will plug into the 4-Pole at the rear of your motorhome and give you the proper functions. You will most likely need additional wiring since your motorhome is 38 feet long. You can find additional wiring using part # 10-2-1.
If, by chance, you do have a 7-Way but it has not been wired yet the I recommend using the Wiring Kit # 5506 which will give you the wiring and circuit breakers that you need.
I have attached some help articles that will help you with the installation process.
