If your camper has a mounting track along the two side edges of the roof, then you may be able to install the SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack # SR1020 without needing to drill holes. I have attached an image from the installation manual that shows this option.
If you do not have these types of mounting tracks, then this roof rack and others designed for campers will require drilling into the roof to install the crossbar feet. In this application, the 4 roof-rack feet on this system will permanently bolt to the roof of your Fleetwood Niagra. You will use a 1/8 inch drill bit to drill the holes needed to bolt the crossbars onto the roof.
Also note that this roof rack will not fit camper roofs that have rounded or curved edges.
For a roof bike rack to use on the crossbars, I recommend the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack # TH598004. This will be compatible with the SportRack crossbars and can hold 1 bike of up to 44 pounds.
I have attached a video demonstration on this carrier as well as a link that will take you to our available selection of roof mount bike racks for you to look through.
