Expert Reply:
I do have the mounting location dimensions for the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch part # DL15440 however, the Shelby Hand Winch part # 5470A is no longer available and as of October of 2016, SHELBY has gone out of business. I called my representative at Dutton-Lainson and unfortunately they were not able to provide me with compatibility information for Shelby winches.
The mounting hole locations for the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch are as follows. The distance from the upper most hole to bottom hole is 4-7/8". The second most lower hole is 1" above the the lowest hole. The large oval shaped holes located at the bottom left and right hand corner are 3-1/4" from the two middle mounting holes. These two middle holes are 3" apart.
I have attached a picture of these dimensions for a more exact illustration.
