A slight wobble or movement with a trailer hitch accessory such as your Yakima FullSwing Bike Rack, even when using a threaded hitch pin, is relatively common. There are a couple of things that can be done to further reduce this movement.
Since you already have a threaded pin to secure your rack to the trailer hitch, I recommend looking at the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061. This will reduce the movement of your bike rack shank by torquing down over the accessory and trailer hitch. You will just slide the shank of your bike rack through the sleeve of this device and then onto the trailer hitch receiver. As you tighten the nuts onto the U-bolt, the shank of the bike carrier will be pulled down towards the bottom of the receiver opening, securing it in place within the tube.
I have attached a video demonstration of this product so you can see exactly how it works.
Another option is to use the Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap # 18050. This will provide extra support to the receiver when using your Yakima bike rack. I have also attached a demonstration video on this product for you to check out.
