Is Trimming Of Air Dam Required For 2-Inch Receiver On Fornt Mount Hitch On 2017 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
You show trimming 5.25x1.5 and 5.625x1.5 on the air dam I assume are for the tow hooks. How about for the 2x2inch hitch opening? Is trimming required for it on the air dam?

I called my contact at Curt and asked about the installation of the front mount hitch # C31075 on your 2017 Tacoma. The two places you mentioned need to be trimmed on the front air dam, but the receiver sits below the air dam so no further trimming is needed to accommodate the 2-inch receiver.
