The crank handle for scissor jack # LC285332 is # LC119226. Current pricing for it (and any part listed here) is available on its product page.

Lippert does not offer an adapter for use with a drill for this jack but you could use Ultra-Fab adapter # UF48-979005.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
