The Blue Ox AutoStop Supplemental Braking System # BX8893 referenced in your question is designed for use only with the Blue Ox Alpha or Aladdin motor-home mounted tow bars. You will not be able to use this system with your Excali-Bar Tow Bar.

For a braking system, I instead recommend looking at the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This is a very nice proportional system that will activate the brakes on your towed vehicle at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your RV. It is very easy to install and I have attached a demonstration video so you can get a better idea as to how it works.
