Recommended Hitch-Mounted Cargo Carrier For 2015 Honda Accord

How much weight can you put on a cargo carrier on a class 1 hitch on a 2015 honda accord. I am trying to use it for a large cooler.

I did some research in the owner's manual for your 2015 Accord and the tongue weight maximum is 100-lbs.
The 100-lb limit includes the weight of any cargo added to the weight of the carrier you use in the trailer hitch.
The carrier I recommend for your Accord is the Curt Carrier # C18110. This carrier measures 20 x 48 inches, and weighs just 30-lbs so that leaves you 70-lbs for your cooler.
to hold any cargo you put in the carrier I recommend the Curt Stretchable Net # C18200. This net has hooks that secure the net to the carrier.
