Which Hitch is Better for Carrying Bike Rack on 2017 Kia Sorento, Curt or Draw Tite

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 Item # C13195 recommends using the Curt Trailer Hitch Support Strap - Bike Rack Strap with Cambuckle Item # 18050. Since I have a plastic spoiler that runs the length of the hatch of my 2017 Kia Sorento, where/what would I anchor this strap to? Thanks,

I have an "outside the box" solution for you that I think would be your best option. If you went with the Draw Tite hitch part # 75908 for your 2017 Kia Sorento instead of the Curt you would have the entire stabilizer strap situation avoided as Draw Tite does not require the use of this strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack.

This is the hitch I recommend the most for owners of your vehicle for this reason so because of that it would be your best option.
