Yes, you could install a Tekonsha PRIMUS IQ Electronic Brake Controller, part # TK90160, into your 2006 Toyota Tundra.
If you have the factory tow package with a 7-Way connector at the rear of your vehicle, you could simply install a Tekonsha Wire Replacement Brake Controller Harness, part # 3040-P, into the port under the dash of your Tundra and then plug the other end into the back of the brake controller and you would be ready to go.
If you do not have a tow package, you can still install a brake controller in your Tundra, but you will also need to purchase and install a Wiring for the 2006 Toyota Tundra, part # C59236 and a Brake Controller 7 & 4 Way Installation Kit, part # ETBC7.
