This is an great addition to my storage. It was relatively easy to install and has worked flawlessly for the past year. It makes accessing most things at the back of my storage much easier. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that I do sacrifice a small amount of storage space at the very back of my storage compartment but that's a small price comparted to the easy access I have to almost everything now.1691824

Got it today and installed it in one hour. It’s perfect for my size trailer. 60% extension but you can pull up on the lock and lift the tray to reach the back edge of the tray. I’m very happy1656436

The quality of the slide, as well as these risers, is beyond belief. The downside is they are really heavy, lol!

I bolted them all the way through the floor in my front storage area of my travel trailer. I absolutely love not having to crawl in there and these risers give the drawer he perfect height I needed.

I have power trays all around in my Tiffin coach except the small rear compartment by the batteries where I store my grill and emergency stuff. I installed this manual slide that allows access under the bathroom slide without a permanent bump on my head. Love it.1564873

Product arrived in etrailer-branded packaging unlike the other slide I ordered, which arrived in the manufacturers packaging. Box was not damaged, so no damage done during shipping. Upon inspection, the item has many (5+) cosmetic blemishes including chipped/scratched paint on both ends and sides as well as a major dent at the back end of the slide box. None of these defects affect functionality, but it is absolutely unacceptable that I was sent a product with so many defects after paying for a brand new item. This item looks like it has been used in a tradesman’s van for years. See attached pictures. The worst part is that since the product arrived in etrailer packaging, I know that this item was returned by another customer, repackaged by etrailer, and then sent to me. Knowingly sending your customers damaged items in your own packaging when they are listed as new/not B-stock is really bad customer service. Especially for an item at this price point that is also very difficult to return. I won’t be ordering from etrailer again unless they compensate me for the damage to the product, which they knew about when they shipped the item.1262629

No measurement for the inside tray which you’d think be included was not including. Shame on me for thinking the tray width was 20” . FOR $500 STRONGLY DISAPPOINTED.
