I have a 2008 Ford F350 Superduty 8ft bed truck with frame mount tie downs that were installed in 2013 when I bought my Artic Fox truck camper. Which Fastgun turnbuckle would I purchase for this setup?

For your frame mounted tie downs the Torklift Fastgun Turnbuckles part # TLS9522-2-LK that you referenced will work great. You didn't mention what tie downs you have but these are designed to fit frame mounted ones like what you have.
