I have a 1978 30 ft globe star 5th wheel camper no stamp or sticker on the box or frame can I take measurements to match a sidewinder ?

I reached out to my contact at Reese, and they said that you may need to remove the metal to weld to the frame since you don't have bolt holes, but it is a possible fit. The model you would want is the Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 16,000 lbs # RP34FR, which although will require custom welding, most likely will fit based on your measurements.
