How do I install my old core lock into the new hitch?

The DoubleDown Shank part # 8890340 comes with a knob that has an opening for a lock core to insert as well as a change key. What you will want to do is unlock your current knob on your rack and then insert the change key into it. With the key inserted you will be able to pull the lock core out. With the change key still inserted into the core you then will want to insert the core into the new shank.

Once you pull out the change key it will be installed in the new knob.
