Should Brake Output Circuit on Vehicle 7-Way Always have Low Voltage on It
Question:
Without any thing connected I have real low voltage coming out the blue wire. Is this normal or should it be dead when nothing is activated. Thank you.

That super low voltage you are seeing on the brake output circuit is actually the brake controller continuously testing to see if it can find a connection to trailer brakes. What you are seeing is totally normal.
