With the Curt front hitch part # 31198 installed on your 2007 Toyota Tundra you will have to remove it every time you need to change the oil.

I spoke to my contact at Curt and he informed me that you will not need to remove your skid shield to install the Curt front mount hitch #31198. The only thing that would get removed is the tow hooks, but those will get reinstalled with the hitch so…
