timbren rear suspension code: TFR 250 SDG for 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive are the same. Is that the correct code for either 2 or 4-wheel drive? I have a 2016 Ford F250 4-wheel drive

Yes, the correct Timbren kit for your 2016 Ford F-250 4 wheel drive is the part # TFR250SDG that you referenced. We have some of the fits separated by 4WD or 2WD since some of them only fit one or the other, but the Timbren kit fits both styles.

Grade 5 or 8 would be fine for installing a 1/2 inch Timbren spacer part #TA25722-90P00 with the Timbren kit part #TFR250SDG you have. You will need to find this at a local hardware store.
