2007 e150 ford vanhas 8 lug rear end thought that e250Q is edge to edge is 42 inches which hitch will fit class5? #2Q is w holes are there why is drilling required?

For your 2007 Ford E-150 the Curt hitch part # 14055 is a confirmed fit that would work well. On the E-150 models the frame is not drilled for the mounting of the hitch like the other versions of the van are.

Basically you have to drill the front and rear hole and then enlarge the middle hole.

If the bolt holes on the frame of your 2010 Ford E-450 RV are 38-5/8 inches apart from left to right the #14055 can fit but the hitch you referenced has not been confirmed as a fit so I would not recommend it.
