Could Bumper Hitch E-100 Fit a 3 inch Bumper

I need to by a bumper hitch receiver to mount a bike rack onto. I just looked at the model you have that fits over a 4 inch bumper. I have a 3 inch bumper on the back of my Popup camper and will reinforce it and will add to it to accommodate an item like yours. Any tips or hints.

You could have 1 inch spacers put on the bumper so that the 4 inch bumper hitches we offer like the # E-100 would fit. Metal 1 inch spacers would be what you would need. Ideally you would have them welded to the bumper.

If your trailer has a rear bumper mounted spare on it currently the Swagman Platform bike rack part #S64663 SHOULD work just fine since obviously your bumper is rated for a decent amount of weight and you'd be removing the spare rack. You…
