Best Video to Look at for Hitch Install on 2010 Toyota Highlander and Ball Mount Recommendation
Question:
I was considering Draw Tite 75726 for 2010 Highlander Limited. I did not see a video for 2010 listed. Which one should I view that is most appropriate? Getting hitch to tow an open trailer. Do you know the height difference between hitch and height of trailer? Thanks

I have linked the video showing Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75726 being installed on a 2011 Toyota Highlander which will be basically identical to your 2010 model.
There is no way to know for sure what the height difference will be between the hitch and the trailer coupler so the best option when choosing a ball mount is to use an adjustable one. Convert-a-Ball adjustable ball mount # TK5007 is one option. It offers up to a 10 inch drop or 9 inch rise in increments of 2 inches. A hitch pin, # PC3, or lock # e98880 will also be needed.
This ball mount takes a ball with a 1 inch diameter shank. For a 2 inch ball use # C40004. For a 2-5/16 inch ball use # 63847. I have also linked a help article on choosing a ball mount with the correct rise or drop to tow a trailer level.
And if you do not already have a trailer wiring harness you can use # 118449 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle.
