The Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, part # DM8550034 will work great for towing your camper with your 2004 Dodge Ram Pickup. The 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch is compatible with your Husky base rails so you will not need a new rail kit. The built in slider will give you an additional 14 inches of clearance when turning so this should offset the foot difference in your new, bigger camper.
The Hijacker Autoslide has a weight capacity of 18,000 lbs so you will just want to assure that your new camper can be safely towed using both this measurement and also the maximum towing capacity of your vehicle. Your towing capacity will be limited by the lowest rated component in your system. I have included a video review of this product.
Also if you do not have one already, I recommend a 5th Wheel Wiring Harness such as the Demco # DM8555002. This will provide a 7-way connector in your truck bed for simple hookup to your new camper.
