How is lens removed for bulb replacement?

On Lippert power tongue jack # LC285318 the lens is sandwiched in between the lower cover and the inner guts of the jack. So you would have to take off the cover. The screws that hold the cover on go up from the bottom. You will need a long and thin screwdriver to reach them.
