What Needs to be Trimmed to Install Draw-Tite Front Receiver on a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500

It says theres a hole To be cut. Where at? In the bottom valance or the piece where the hooks are located? Its a 2013 Silverado LT 1500 4x4 front hitch from draw Tite 65052 I havent see any pics online maybe you have some.

The part that needs to be trimmed on your 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 to install Draw-Tite front receiver # 65052 is the front air dam which is below the bumper. It can either be trimmed or removed for installation and if it were me I would just remove it. A customer sent us a picture which I have included here showing the area needing to be trimmed. I have included a link to the instructions for you with additional information.
