Trailer hitches including # 75105 do not come with wiring harnesses. The reason is that some people aren't using the hitch for towing while others could be replacing a hitch and already have wiring. For your 2002 Toyota Tundra you can use # 118378 to add a 4-Way connector. If you need to add a 7-Way you would also need # ETBC7 in addition to the 4-Way. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
