Sway Control for Raised Tandem Axle Trailer that has Weight Distribution

Question:

Im pulling a 22foot 1970 Terry with two axels that I flipped to under the springs for added clearance. The tow vehicle is a 2006 Jeep Grand 4x4 with a 4.7 and Tow Package, and a square bar WD system. Im guessing that between a narrow rear track of Jeep and raising the trailers center of gravity, I need solid sway support. The C94VV looks like the most accurate correction I can get, but will it work with my setup? Even if so, what system would you recommend of all the sway products you have?

Helpful Expert Reply:

Short of replacing the weight distribution you already have to one that includes sway control the Curt True Course Electronic Sway Control System # C94VV is a great choice. Since it can be installed virtually anywhere on your trailer, and is so easy to install, it makes it extremely versatile. It uses a gyroscope to sense movement in the trailer and applies the trailer's brakes when necessary to keep it in line with your Jeep.
