How to Remove the Dust Cover on the Wiring Harnes of a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe
Question:
I am in the process of installing part number C56332 I purchased with my hitch from you. I have a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. I can not remove the dust cap from the one trailer pre-wire. The larger one came off in my hand. This smaller will not move. I have watched your installation video numerous times and his hand covers what he is pressing when I hear a click and the dust cap comes off. I tried uploading more pictures but when I upload another image the text of this message disappears.

On your 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe, the smaller wiring plug dust cover should have two tabs the you will have to squeezed to pull the cover of the wiring plug. The tabs are located on each side of the cover.
I have attached a video on the installation of the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56332 on a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. The video has a clear shot of how to remove the cover. Now, if you still cannot remove the cover, I would you a small flat head screwdriver to carefully remove the cover.
