It is easy to recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 since this is among the easiest-to-use and reliable proportional brake controllers on the market. It will slow your trailer in direct proportion to the rate of deceleration in the motorhome, for less of that tug-of-war feeling.
Since you already have a 7-way on the Arrow you will just need the controller and wiring parts to install it. Our Brake Controller Wiring Kit # 5506 includes 25-feet of duplex wiring, circuit breakers and connectors but you may need more wire, part # 10-2-1, to reach all the way back to the 7-way.
The brake circuit is carried on the pin at the 5-o-clock position in the 7-way socket, as shown in the linked photo. You will connect the controller's blue output wire to this pin. The linked article covers brake controller installation. The P2's four wires connect as follows: WHITE is ground and connects to the vehicle battery negative terminal; BLACK is 12V input power and connects through the included circuit breaker to the battery positive terminal; RED is the input signal wire that connects to the cold side of the brake light switch on the motorhome; and as noted the BLUE wire carries the output signal to the trailer socket.
