My Firestone contact confirmed for me that with their Replacement Frame Hole Bracket # F5660 the corresponding bolt should be 3/8-diameter, 1-inch long, and with 16 threads per inch.

The bolt holding on the factory jounce bumper on the 2011 Ford F-150 is a 13mm. You will most likely need an extension to get to the bolt without interference from the jounce bumper.
