Socket Size Required to Remove the Jounce Bumper on a 2009-2015 Ford F-150
Question:
I couldnt find this answer yet on your website. What size socket is needed to remove the jounce bumper bolt on a 2014 F-150 for your F2525 kit? Thanks

Helpful Expert Reply:
We used a 14mm socket to remove the jounce bumper on a 2014 and 2015 Ford F-150. The jounce bumper is about 4 inches long, so you will want to use an extension. I would use a 4 inch extension if you are using a standard socket and a 2 inch extension if you are using a deep well socket.
I have attached an installation video for you to check out for the Firestone Ride-Rite Kit, # F2525, on a Ford F-150.
