Could Powered Trailer Jack be Powered by Breakaway Battery
Question:
Could the 12v battery in a breakaway system be used to power this jack? Is the other option to hook into the fuse box and have the jack powered by the vehicle when the trailer is plugged into the vehicle?

A breakaway battery would not have the amperage requirement to power the jack part # UF17-943010 also you wouldn't want the battery of the breakaway kit to be drained as it needs to be ready to go at all times.
You could power it from the 12 volt power source of your trailer connector or you could install a bigger battery to power the jack.
