To determine the correct jack handle and gears for your Bulldog 7,000 lbs. jack, I will need to know the model number of your jack to help determine the correct parts. If your jack is similar to the Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack - Sidewind - 15 inch Lift - 7,000 lbs, item # BD198250, with the top mount gear box, the correct handle will be the Sidewind Handle for Bulldog Square Jacks, item # BD500171.
There are two possible sets of gears that could fit your jack and you will need to measure the inside diameter of the bottom gear where the shaft goes through it. If the inside diameter of the bottom gear is 1/2 an inch, then you will need the Replacement Sidewind Gear Kit for Bulldog Jacks - 8,000 lbs, item # BD500156. If the inside diameter of the bottom gear is 5/8 inch then you will need the Replacement Sidewind Gear Kit for Bulldog Jacks - 7,000 lbs, item # BD5002581360.
Once you remove the gears from the gear box it should be evident if there is damage to the gears. If the gears look excessively worn or are broken, then they will need to be replaced.
If these parts do not match up for you, let me know as much information about your existing jack as possible and I will be glad to help find the correct parts.
