Recommended 4-Way Trailer Wiring Kit For 2015 Audi Q7 With Factory Tow Package
Question:
Audi says my 2015 Q7 came with the towing package. Assuming that is true, would I use your HM40975 to connect to a 4 pin connector with a trailer wired in the standard American way?

There are a couple of trailer wiring kits that are designed for your 2015 Audi Q7.
If the trailer has a 4-way connector and you have no need for a 7-way connector I recommend part # 41155. This just plugs into the connector at the rear of your Q7 behind the bumper.
If you want a 7-way and 4-way connector then you could use part # HM40975. This kit uses the same plug at the rear of your vehicle and comes with a mounting bracket. You then have a working 7-way and a 4-way connector at the back of your Q7.
