What is the distance between the holes and the specs for the overall unit?

I went and pulled a MaxxAir TuffMaxx Replacement Shroud # MA00-325001 from our warehouse to get the dimensions you asked for.

Overall it measures 41-1/2 inches long and 29 inches wide. The height is 12-1/2 inches.

The holes on the top measure 20-1/2 inches front to back and then 17-3/4 inches left to right.

The holes on the bottom measure 35 inches front to back and 21-1/2 inches left to right.
