Does the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter w/8 Offset Damage the Frame

Hi, Wondering if you have had any issues with trailer structures after converting to goose neck hitch. Currently debating converting Genesis Supreme 34GS toy hauler. GVWR 15,000 dry weight ~12,000

Rapid Hitch recommends when using the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter w/8" Offset part # AM3139 that any extended pin boxes longer than 30" measured diagonally may need additional reinforcing gussets welded to the pin box. This says that there can be issues with excess stress on the frame of the trailer. With that being the case if I were anywhere close to that 30" mark I would have mine reinforced.
You also need to check your owner's manual to ensure there are no special notes in there regarding this and it's use voiding any frame warranty you may have.
