Can't Lower Truck Tailgate Because it Hits the Trailer Jack

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SELL A TRAILER JACK WIND UP WITH TRIPLE MOUNT PLATE THAT DOES NOT HIT THE NEW TRUCKS TAILGATE WHEN OPENED?,WHEN I PUT MY TAILGATE DOWN ON MY 2014 RAM 2500 IT HITS THE TOP OF JACK I HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL,INCLUDING ONE FROM YOU, BUT EVEN THE CLOSEST IT HITS THE TAILGATE BY AROUND, IF IT WAS 1inch SHORTER FROM PLATE TO TOP HANDLE, I WOUILD BE ABLE TO OPEN MY TAILGATE WITH TRAILER CONNECTED ON MY 8.5X18 VNOSE TANDEM 5200LBS AXLES

There is an easier solution that a different jack. You can use a longer ball mount so that the trailer, and the jack, will be further away allowing you to lower the tail gate without hitting the jack. Then you could use any jack you wanted.

If that sounds like something you are interested in I would need to know the length of the ball mount you are using measured from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole and the amount of rise or drop needed to tow the trailer level (see link on measuring).

If you would rather have a different jack then there are all sorts of A-Frame jacks with various measurements from where they mount to the top of the jack. For example, Pro Series jack # PSRV20000103 is 13 inches from where it attaches to the trailer to the top of the jack.

Bulldog jack # BD155032 measures 10-3/16 inches from mounting bracket to top of jack. I don't know how much space you have or what the lift requirements are for your set up so these are just examples.
