Question:
Is there a kit like the 119250KIT that I can use on my 2016 BMW X5 40e that has a 5-wire harness for a boat trailer with surge brakes?

There are no 5-pole wiring harness kits for your 2016 BMW X5, but we do have 4-pole harnesses that can be used with an adapter that will allow you to connect to your trailer that has 5-pole wiring with a circuit for the reverse lockout on the trailer coupler.
I recommend the ZCI harness # 119250KIT that you referenced, which is a heavy-duty unit. I linked an install video for an X5. A helpful article is included too.
With either harness you can add on the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036 to gain the additional reverse light circuit needed by your trailer coupler's electric reverse lockout. The adapter simply plugs into the 4-pole and the included blue wire lead will tap into the wire for your X5's reverse light circuit. A quick-splice connector is included.
You can trace the wires at the back of the taillight assemblies to find the reverse light wire or you can use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the wires while a competent helper shifts the car into reverse with the foot brake and e-brake engaged for safety.
