Fit and Compatibility of Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System

Question:

Does the Hopkins Smart Hitch 50002 fit a 2013 Toyota Tundra double cab? I have seen the same system advertised on different sites and they have differing installation information. Thank you.

The Hopkins Smart Hitch # HM50002 is a universal product that can be installed on virtually any vehicle. I've linked the instructions for you to see, they do offer alternate instructions based on what your vehicle is equipped. For example equipped with a vehicle with or without an OEM 7-way connector or the license plate installed on the rear hatch.

The Smart Hitch comes with a wiring harness that has a length of 19 feet and 7 inches. Hopkins also offers extension cords in 5ft # HM3100504060 and 25ft # HM3100504061 for installation convenience.

Depending on where you plan on mounting the screen, and the route you take to get into your double cab, I recommend the 5 foot extension for your 2013 Toyota Tundra.
