It is strange but even on large Class A diesel pushers that come through here for installations the highest capacity hitches on them are also rated at 5,000 pounds.
I can help you to get a higher capacity hitch for your Jayco Grayhawk on a Ford E-450 van chassis but it won't be a custom fit hitch since they are not tested on the RV models of the van.
What you can have installed is a weld-on truck hitch such as # 41990-07 or # 41990-16 (these are rated for up to 16,000 pounds gross trailer weight; limited by the vehicle capacity). I recommend that the installation be performed by a qualified professional welder. The difference between these hitches is the bracket length so depending on how far down the receiver needs to go you can select the most appropriate hitch.
