I replaced the control switch for extent and retract. Now, the motor works shifting left and right in channel. It seems jammed. What is special attachment to manually move stabilizer?

The replacement crank handle # LG-119226 will allow you to manually crank the LCI model 113407 electric stabilizer.

Sounds like you are looking for the receiver or module of a Lippert Linc or Level Up style control board in your 2018 Keystone Cougar. It will be located in the same compartment area as where the generator is.
