The bike carrier I recommend for you to carry a beach cruiser and a mountain bike is the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider, part # HR200Z.
This bike rack will work with 1-1/4 and 2 inch trailer hitches. it has a weight capacity of 90-lbs(45-lbs per bike). This bike carrier has a tilting design which makes loading and unloading easier. The cushioned hooks attach to the frame of the bikes holding it secure on the rack and also has hook and loop straps for the wheels in the cradles.
