Troubleshooting 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500HD Not Connecting Titan Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator
Question:
We just purchased a 2016 chevy 3500hd diesel truck. We have Titan electric over hydraulic braking system installed on our 42foot 5th wheel RV. The brakes worked fine on our 2011 chevy truck but are not working on our 2016. The hydraulic pump operates when mashing the hand controls on the intergrated brake controller but when you mash the foot brake nothing. When you pull the break away switch the brakes worked also.

The Titan EHB that you have # T4813102 can sometimes be a bit finicky with integrated brake controllers. Your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500HD's integrated controller should work with it but you will need to ensure that your controller is in hydraulic mode. Most likely it is still in electric mode and that's why it's not working.
Otherwise Titan offers the adapter # T4845900 which would be an option too if you can't get it to work.
