Where does the white wire go on the trailer?

The white wire on the # 16-4B-1 bonded wire,is the ground wire. You will want to secure it to a clean metal surface that touches the trailer frame. It is often secured with a ring terminal like # DW05737-1 and screw # FA1131822.
