Monitor Availability to View Transmission Fluid Temperature of 2008 Honda Ridgeline

Question:

Im looking at the Edge products. 1. Your website appears to indicate the 84130 is adaptable with a 2008 Honda Ridgeline, is that correct? 2. Is the 85100 adaptable with a 2008 Ridgeline? 3. Out of the box and installed in the OBD2 port, what will the 84130 read? I cannot get a sense of what can be measured with the device without also installing additional accessories. 4. Is it the 85100 model that has the different driving modes? Economy, Towing, Performance, etc 5. Can transmission temp be monitored with the device or with the device and an accessory? thanks

For your 2008 Honda Ridgeline we have gauge displays available as a fit like the Edge Insight CTS2 part# EP84130 which would allow you to monitor the transmission fluid temperature. For the non touch screen version you would want the part # EP84030.

Battery Voltage
Intake Air Temperature (IAT)
Engine Oil Pressure (EOP)
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT)
Engine Oil Temperature (EOT)
Transmission Fluid Temperature (TFT)
Miles Per Hour (MPH)
Miles Per Gallon (MPG)
Revolutions Per Minute (RPM)

There aren't any tunes available with these products though. Just the ability to monitor the vehicle.
