The brakes I recommend for your Jayco trailer are the Axle Technology self-adjusting brakes. I recommend replacing the entire brake assembly instead of just the shoes. When comparing the prices replacing the entire brake is many times more cost-efficient.
For the left hand(driver side) the brakes are part # AKEBRK-35L-SA and for the right hand(passenger side) the brakes are part # AKEBRK-35R-SA. These brakes do have a 4-bolt brake mounting flange, and will work with 13, 14, or 15 inch wheels.
